Folkwear's military surplus original comes from Belgium, and is made of olive drab cotton gabardine. The gourmet chef can feel authentically continental in white. A stand-up collar opens to lapels or an asymmetrical flap or wear it militantly closed. The back is semi-fitted, and curves gently to a center point; double-breasted front panels can button to either side. Set-in sleeves are finished with curved cuffs.
