Lolita is made in panels, with oval inserts into the side seams. Pockets are included as an option. Narrow elastic is inserted into the side hemline for shaping. The neckline is wide and can be worn as is, or an elastic insertion in front and back panels at the neckline to pull in in. It's a delightful touch!
Finally, the sleeves are fairly wide and again if you'd like them narrower we suggest again elastic into the lower half of the sleeve.
This is an artistic dress for sure. It's oval inserts create a dramatic effect. It is full and worth every effort. Beautiful for any special occasion! Or make it in something casual like soft linen for a beautiful everyday dress.
